Position Overview:
As a D&I Strategist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ diversity and inclusion (D&I) practices, policies, and organizational culture. This role involves gathering data through surveys, interviews, and diversity metrics analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to D&I. You will develop tailored D&I strategies aligned with client goals and values, create training programs, establish diversity councils, and develop awareness campaigns. Support during implementation and staying informed about demographic trends and social dynamics will also be key aspects of the role.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Several years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement D&I strategies and programs.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in D&I.
Educational Programs Developer
Position Overview:
The Educational Programs Developer will design workshops and training programs centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion (D&I). Responsibilities include developing curriculum outlines, learning objectives, and interactive activities such as multimedia elements, case studies, and role-plays. You will raise awareness about D&I issues, equip the workforce with skills to build inclusive environments and explore new teaching techniques and technologies. Conducting evaluations to assess program effectiveness will also be part of your role.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.

You will organize public workshops and events related to D&I, oversee the company’s social media presence, promote the company’s mission, and gather feedback from community members and stakeholders.
